2 Day Conference
This author ticket includes:
Friday's schedule including lunch. On Panels/Autor Spotlights/Games. Badge and bag. 1st access to table assignments. Saturday book signing. $239.00
Saturday or Sunday One Day Ticket $189.00 per day

Table assignment chart- badge and bag. You may bring 1 personal assistant at no charge.
Set up. Arrive the morning of your ticket day between 7:00AM and 9:00AM to start setting up.
Saturday VIP reader ticket begins at 9:30 AM to 1:00PM
Afternoon reader ticket begins at 1:00PM- 5:00PM Signing closes at 5:00PM
Sunday VIP reader ticket 10:00AM- 1:30PM
Afternoon reader ticket is from 1:00PM- 5:00PM
Signing closes at 5:00PM
Vendor Ticket
Saturday October 25 or Sunday October 26, 2025 are open to Romance Industry Vendors.
Each day will have 15 vendors from the romance industry selling merch, book narrators, cover models, publication, marketing, podcasters, or anything to do with the romance fiction world.
arrive between 7:00AM and 9:00AM for set up on the day of your ticket. Doors open to VIP 9:30AM Saturday and 10:00AM Sunday.
Book signing and Merch/Service sales end at 5:00PM each day
